2012 Madison Junior Bonspiel – Flyer

The Learn 2 Curl Clinic will teach you the basics of curling, beginning off-ice where you will learn about:  the ice, equipment, warm-up and safety, etiquette, techniques for the delivery and sweeping, basic rules and strategies of the game.  After the off-ice instruction, you will practice the ABC’s of the delivery, sweeping the rock and ultimately play an end or two.

All Clinics are held at Madison Curling Club at 4802 Ma

rsh Road, McFarland, WI 53558.

To ensure your comfort and safety on the ice, we suggest that you wear loose, comfortable clothing, and dress in layers.  Please be sure to have a pair of clean, flat, rubber-soled shoes to wear on the ice.  All other equipment will be provided.

Two sessions – Friday, March 8 and Friday, March 15th from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.

$40 per person

A suggested donation of $5 per participant
(cash or check made payable to the MADISON CURLING FOUNDATION).
