We are well on our way into Day 1 of the Madtown Doubledown! First world games started this morning (Thursday) and will continue through the rest of the day into the evening and rest of the weekend! Everyone at the club or in the Madison area is welcomed and encouraged to attend throughout the long weekend. The entry fee is $5/day ($10/ 4-days) – kids under 12 get in for free! We’d love to show the competitors a great turnout, especially for the playoffs, so please plan to come check it out!
I wanted to share some quick logistics:
- Draw Schedule: Please check our draw times to or go to Curlingzone for live score updates throughout the day: World Level Draw Times, Curlingzone Live Scores, and Live Facebook Updates.
- Join Us at the Club: If you have time this weekend, please come to the club to watch the games live and support the teams. The entry fee is $5/day ($10/ 4-days). If you are a volunteer that day, then your entry (plus one drink) is covered for the day.
- Live Streaming: All games are being streamed live on YouTube, with live commentary for one of the world games each draw. YouTube Live Streams w/ Commentating or Other Streaming Links.
