Try Curling at the Madison Curling Club!
You’ve seen it during the Olympics—now it’s your turn to step onto the ice and give curling a try.
The Madison Curling Club is hosting a hands‑on instructional event designed especially for brand‑new curlers (age 13 and up).
Saturday, April 4, 2026
Participants will learn the fundamentals of curling, including:
- Delivering a stone
- Sweeping techniques
- Basic game strategy
- On‑ice safety and etiquette
All necessary equipment—sliders, delivery aids, and brooms—will be provided. Just dress in warm, flexible layers and wear clean athletic shoes with rubber soles (jeans not recommended).
