Name Badge

Please be sure to fully complete the checkout process, even if this is your first name tag and you don’t owe anything. By default, your name badge will display the name you use for your billing information. If you need to use a different name, please email name_tags@madisoncurlingclub.com with details.

Badges must be purchased before November 10th, 2024, to ensure yours is on this year’s order.
