Join the fun at the 2019 Curl vs. Cancer Bonspiel on
February 16-17, 2019. The event will once again raise funds for the UW Carbone Cancer Center continuing a long tradition of support by the Madison Curling Club, its members and friends. As you know, we continue to see inroads in fighting this dreaded disease, yet we feel the pain of losing our close friends, family members and those in our communities, so we can’t quit the fight. This event has raised approximately $180,000 for the UW Carbone Cancer Center and it all starts here.
Please bring together a team of great individuals that will have fun, compete against one another and raise money for the UWCCC. This past October, our event was recognized as a Carbone Hero at the annual Carbone Cancer Center run/walk. We take great pride in the all we have done and all we continue to do to support their mission with this event.
The details remain the same as previous years. $60 funds raised per person entry (Minimum of $240 per team) – please fundraise more :). 3 game guarantee. Fantastic Raffle. Good food, any requests? Come on out and play! Remember this event started as a way to introduce people to curling too, so add a non-curler to your team and help them learn the game. Let’s show them everyone much fun we have in Madison!
